Wine description Deep intense cherry colour, fermentation and temperature controlled for each grape type during 15 days at least, elegant medium-bodied perfectly balanced with elegant smooth, wine which exhibits a fragrant perfume of cedar, mineral, spice box, violets, black cherry, and blueberry. Gobs of sweet fruit, cedar,minerals, a hint of bacon, and enough silky tannin.

This powerfull yet elegant wine is an excellent partner for a solid steak (possible wityh pepper sauce),
