Very pale appearance with green reflections and good brilliance. Its nose reminds floral and fruity aromas, passion fruit and some mineral because of the soil. In mouth we find a wonderful balance between the acidity and the alcohol both integrated, it shows a full bodied structure, finishing fresh with a long fruity after taste and the touch of oak. Delicious with seafood like sea bass, baked or grilled tongue and tuna white meat such as chicken or veal
